The cuisine at the Emser ThermenHotel is characterized by exceptional quality in a modern ambience. Our guests have access to a spacious restaurant with 130 indoor seats.

The separate dining room is the ideal place for celebrations of all kinds in a cozy and private atmosphere.

In the summer months in particular, the light-flooded outdoor terrace with 110 additional seats invites guests to enjoy themselves directly on the banks of the Lahn.

Breakfast buffet

Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. Accordingly, we offer an extensive buffet of hot and cold dishes.

In addition to fresh bread and rolls, vitamin-rich fruit, yogurt and various egg dishes are available for you. Lovers of hearty cuisine will get their money's worth thanks to our sausage and cheese specialties.

External guests are also very welcome. Please reserve a table in advance using our contact form. Our breakfast buffet costs €28 per person for external guests.

Whether you opt for the daily changing buffet or a dish from our à la carte menu, you can look forward to lovingly prepared dishes whose quality and creativity you can taste in every bite.

In January 2025, our kitchen team took on a special challenge: taking part in the Kabel Ein show "Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal". In this TV format, five restaurants in a region compete against each other every week in a culinary contest - judged by their fellow contestants and a star chef.

Under the direction of head chef Wolfgang Preßler, who himself has experience in Michelin-starred cuisine, our chefs presented a varied three-course menu that impressed both Michelin-starred chef Robin Pietsch and the competitors.

Thanks to passionate teamwork and a clear concept, the team was able to celebrate first place at the end of the week - a wonderful confirmation of what our kitchen team does with dedication every day.
